Renaissance Dental Center files for most insurance plans and is in network with Delta Dental Premier. Our commitment is to help you receive the full benefits of your coverage. Our team partners with you to navigate the complexities of insurance, making the process feel simple and straightforward.
This includes filing claims to all insurance companies on your behalf and, if you wish, contacting your provider to clarify your benefits before treatment begins. Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you. If you ever have questions, please don't hesitate to ask our team.

Payment Options
Payment for services is due at the time they are rendered unless other arrangements with our front-office team have been made in advance.

We are also pleased to offer a 5% discount for treatment over $2000 that is paid in full on the day of service by cash or check.

To ensure you don't have to delay the care you need or desire, we proudly partner with CareCredit. As one of the nation's leading patient payment programs, CareCredit offers a range of flexible no-interest and extended payment plans designed to fit your budget. It's a simple, convenient way to manage your healthcare investment, and our team can happily provide more information or help you with the application process.
Our Commitment to Your Reserved Time
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because our team spends significant time preparing for your visit to provide the personalized care you deserve, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to make a change. For longer visits (over two hours), we do request a deposit of half of your treatment fee to secure that extended, dedicated time with our team. Please be aware that a $50 fee may be applied for appointments that are missed or changed without sufficient notice.
